General FAQs
How far in advance should I book a bar for my event?
The earlier, the better! We recommend booking your bar as soon as possible to ensure your selected dates are reserved. However, we understand that plans can change quickly, so if you’re on a tight deadline, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Our online booking system is live and updates in real-time with available stock. If your dates are available, we suggest booking them immediately. If your desired dates show as ‘unavailable,’ please give us a call, and we’ll see if we can shuffle things around to accommodate your event.
Do you supply to events in regional WA areas?
Absolutely! We offer two options for regional events: We can handle the setup and pack-down of your bar for you, both before and after your event. OR, we can supply the infrastructure and provide assembly guidance for you to set up yourself.
Please note that if you choose to set up and pack down the bar yourself, you are liable for any damage caused both during assembly/disassembly and during your event.
What’s the smallest hire you can do?
We can provide bars as small as one section (1.2 metres). However, please note that orders this small will still incur our full delivery and setup cost. As such, our bars are typically more cost-effective and practical for larger setups.
When hiring draught carts, a minimum of two bar sections (2.4 metres) is required.
Can you supply me with bar staff to pour drinks at my event?
Sorry, no. At this stage we only provide bar infrastructure and not staff. However, if you're in need of extra hands, please get in touch with us as we can offer recommendations.
Can you supply me with glasses/cups/etc?
Sorry, no. At this stage we only provide bar infrastructure. However, if you're in need of supplies, please get in touch with us as we can offer vendor recommendations.
Do Eventright bars have storage for glasses, product, and other items?
Yes, all bar sections not used by a draught cart feature a top bar surface and two levels for shelves. Each section comes standard with one shelf at bench height, however if necessary, we can add extra shelves upon request. Learn more >
I’m only serving canned products at my bar, how do I handle storage of my product?
If you're serving canned products, simply select ‘Canned Service’ when ordering your bars. We'll provide you with plastic tubs that fit into place on the bar shelf. These tubs can be filled with ice and your canned products, with the option to store backup tubs on the shelf below.
Per each shelf, two tubs can fit lengthways, and three can be stacked short side out. Upon booking and selecting 'Canned Service,' you can choose to order 0, 2, or 3 tubs per shelf, or you may supply your own tubs if you wish. See bar technical info >
Which POS systems do Eventright bars accommodate?
Just about any! Our Eventright bar sections are designed to have a void along the front of the bar, designed for the running of electric leads to connect your POS system. The way our bars are designed allows you to keep all equipment tucked away to keep your bar looking sleek and tidy.
When do I need to have my bar cleaned by?
We ask that you clean your bar at the end of each day during your bar hire period, and complete a full clean of all surfaces the night/day before pick-up as we usually bump out our bars very early in the morning.
Can you clean the bar for me once my event is over?
We can! We offer an optional cleaning package add-on where we take care of all post-event cleaning for you. Purchase of this package will also ensure there are no excess cleaning fees.
Customisation FAQs
Learn more about customising your bar: Bar Customisation >
Are Eventright bars customisable?
Absolutely, they are! Our bars are highly customisable from their size, number of taps, storage, to the ability to customise the front panel branding/artwork. You name it, we can probably customise it to suit your event.
Can you create my custom bar front artwork for me?
Yes, we can. While you're always welcome to create your own artwork, we also offer custom bar front artwork services. Simply supply us with your logo, brand guidelines, fonts, and any other relevant materials, and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I see some examples of custom bar artwork?
Of course! We have a portfolio of some past customers’ bars with custom artwork linked here.
When do I need to submit my artwork?
The earlier, the better. However, we recommend submitting your custom artwork at least 2 weeks ahead of your event. This allows ample time to proof, print, and coordinate your artwork, ensuring it looks great for your event.

Setup FAQs

How far ahead of the event beginning does the bar need to be set up?
This depends on the other infrastructure you have in place. If it’s just the bar you need, a couple of hours will suffice. For small events, we run the draught carts for 24 hours before delivery. However, for larger events with multiple draught carts, please allow an additional 3 hours for the chiller to reach optimal dispense temperature. This means your site power must be ready when we deliver the draught carts, or you’ll end up with warm beer — no thanks!
If you’re like us, you prefer to be organised and ensure everything is ready to go. Giving yourself more time makes it easier to adapt to any situation that might arise. Learn more about the set-up and delivery process >
How quickly (on average) does each section of bar take to set up?
On an even surface (e.g., concrete, indoor flooring), assembly generally takes about 5 minutes per bar section. However, if you’re setting up on uneven surfaces (e.g., grass, paving, asphalt), it may take a bit longer due to the need for levelling. In such cases, allow an additional 15 minutes after setup to ensure everything looks great.
Does the bar/draught dispensers require electrical connections?
Yes, it does. Each draught cart requires a 10-amp power supply, with a separate supply per cart to avoid circuit overloading. All Eventright draught carts come with a current electric test and tag on delivery. Please note that customers need to provide any extension leads necessary to connect the cart to the nearest power source.
What type of adhesives can we use on your bars?
We’ve found that double-sided tape works great. However, we do request you use clear tape for easy removal. Our go-to recommendation is “Moroday 18mm x 30m Clear Double-Sided Hi Tack Acrylic Tape.”

What’s included when hiring a draught cart?
When you hire a draught cart from us, we take care of the supply and positioning of the bar and cart. Additionally, we'll leave the couplers, gas regulator(s), and lines in one location, ready for you to connect once your gas and kegs are prepared.
For larger events eligible for our ‘Full Service Package,’ we’ll handle it all for you. In addition to supply and positioning, we'll also connect your kegs, show you how to change them, connect your gas, pull your product through, and label your taps accordingly.
What type of products can be dispensed via draught carts?
If you’ve ever seen it poured on tap, we can probably do it! Common uses for our draught carts include beer, wine, cocktails, kombucha, soda, sparkling water, chilled water, Guinness, espresso martinis, and more. If you have a specific beverage in mind not listed, please get in touch with us for more guidance.
Can I order a draught cart without a bar section included too?
Yes - however they do not come with a serve over so are great for pouring beers when the overall bar aesthetic is not required. If you want the draught cart to match up with the rest of the bar then you need to add a bar section for it, or if you just want to use it for is amazing pouring capability then a draught cart on its own is perfect for you.
Can I keep my kegs hidden under the bar?
Each bar section can accommodate up to 3 kegs underneath. If you plan to have 1-3 taps in use, a 2-section bar (2.4 metres) will suffice. Similarly, if you're using all 6 taps, we recommend a 3-section bar (3.6 metres) to ensure there's enough space to conceal all kegs under the bar.
If you want multiple dispense stations while using the same 6 kegs, simply add one more section and draught car, as we are able to link two taps to one keg. So, in this instance, a 4-section bar (4.8 metres) would be ideal. Learn more >

I’ve accidentally stuck something to the bar and can’t remove it, what do I do?
Accidents happen! We recommend using mineral turpentine to remove the adhesive. If you’re unsure or don’t wish to attempt removal, just let us know and leave it as is—we’ll handle it. Please avoid using any tools or products that might scratch or damage the bars, as you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the bar front.
I’m getting gas out the beer tap and no liquid, what is going wrong?
Either your keg is empty, or you have your gas and beer lines mixed up. Try swapping them around and trying again. If unsuccessful, please get in contact with us.
I have changed the keg but nothing is coming out?
There could be a few reasons for this. Here’s what we recommend you check:
- Keep the tap open longer: The lines and coils within the chiller are quite long, so it may take a while for the liquid to come up through the tap.
- Check the coupler: Make sure it's fully engaged. The handle on the couplers can sometimes pop up if not fully engaged, which can stop the flow of the product. Locate the handle, push down firmly, and ensure it locks in place.
- Verify the gas and beer lines: Ensure they are fully engaged. Sometimes they can pop out during keg changeover.
- Check the gas bottle: First check that it's turned on, and then check that the pressure is correct (generally between 200-300kpa).
- Ensure the regulator lever is open: Check the small lever on the bottom of the regulator.
- Confirm correct line connections: Ensure you have connected the correct line to the correct tap.
