How we deliver your bar to your event space
Our sea containers allow us to efficiently setup our bars with minimal time constraints. This means your event setup and pack up times will be as short as possible, saving you pre and post event time delays and venue costs.
To achieve this, access and set-down areas are required to ensure a smooth operation. Key actions required for container truck access;
- Entry and access for trucks to set down containers in agreed locations
- Flat surface for 40ft container to be set down and stay in location until the end of your event
- Onsite security to ensure damage does not occur to the container while at event location

How far ahead of the event beginning does the bar need to be set up?
This depends on the other infrastructure you have in place. If it’s just the bar you need, a couple of hours will suffice. For small events, we run the draught carts for 24 hours before delivery. However, for larger events with multiple draught carts, please allow an additional 3 hours for the chiller to reach optimal dispense temperature. This means your site power must be ready when we deliver the draught carts, or you’ll end up with warm beer — no thanks!
If you’re like us, you prefer to be organised and ensure everything is ready to go. Giving yourself more time makes it easier to adapt to any situation that might arise.
What kind of surface/s can the bar be set up on?
Thanks to our bars' adjustable feet, we are able to level your bar on uneven ground meaning it can be set up on smooth indoor flooring or irregular outdoor surfaces (grass, earth, paving, asphalt, etc.)
How quickly (on average) does each section of bar take to set up?
On an even surface (e.g., concrete, indoor flooring), assembly generally takes about 5 minutes per bar section. However, if you’re setting up on uneven surfaces (e.g., grass, paving, asphalt), it may take a bit longer due to the need for levelling. In such cases, allow an additional 15 minutes after setup to ensure everything looks great.
Does the bar/draught dispensers require electrical connections?
Yes, it does. Each draught cart requires a 10-amp power supply, with a separate supply per cart to avoid circuit overloading. All Eventright draught carts come with a current electric test and tag on delivery. Please note that customers need to provide any extension leads necessary to connect the cart to the nearest power source.
When will you disassemble & collect my bar?
Once your booking is complete, our team will come by early on your designated pick-up day to disassemble and remove your bar.
We ask that you clean your bar at the end of each day during your bar hire period, and complete a full clean of all surfaces the night/day before pick-up as we usually bump out our bars very early in the morning.
